    Shipping

    Typically, orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). Saturday delivery is currently not available.

    Notice

    If the customer chooses to waive the requirement of a signature upon receipt of their shipment, neither the shipping carrier nor Loren Stewart is responsible for the shipment once it is left at the customer’s residence. If you would like to waive your signature requirement please do so by emailing support@lorenstewart.com with your order # in the subject of the email.

    Shipping carriers will attempt to deliver shipments 1-3 times before they are returned to Loren Stewart. Loren Stewart is not responsible for additional shipping fees if the customer is unable to receive the shipment.

    Loren Stewart is not responsible for delays in service by third party shipping carriers. In the event of such a delay, Loren Stewart is not responsible for refunding the customer’s shipping charges.

    Notice

    Regardless of the service you choose, you will be responsible for import duties, fees and taxes upon delivery of your international order. This charge is determined by your local customs authority. We suggest contacting your local customs office for additional information on these charges. Please note that transit times indicated above are provided by UPS and USPS, and are not necessarily guaranteed.

    Returns

    We want to be sure you love your Loren Stewart purchase, and are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the item’s receipt. A 15% restocking fee is automatically deducted from any refund. For any item being exchanged for an item of a lesser price, the customer will receive non-expiring store credit for the remaining balance. Only one exchange is permitted per item. Sale, promotional and custom or engraved items are final sale and not eligible for return.

    How to process a return or exchange:

    1. Notify Loren Stewart at support@lorenstewart.com to begin the return or exchange process. Any items shipped without prior notification may be subject to processing delay.

    2. A printed copy of the original invoice for the item must be included in the return or exchange shipment. Except in the case of defective items, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping service must include tracking service and insurance for the value of the item. Shipping labels generated by Loren Stewart are available for purchase here.

    3. Once the shipment is received, the request will be processed within 72 hours, and the customer will receive an email confirmation of the return or exchange.

    Repairs

    Loren Stewart offers free repairs on items within 90 days of the purchase date shown on the original receipt. Except in the case of defective items, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping service must include tracking service and insurance for the value of the item.

    Loren Stewart will cover any shipping or insurance costs for repair service on defective items. After the 90 day period, Loren Stewart offers repairs at cost. Fees are determined on a case by case basis, based on the cost of materials required for repairs.

    All Loren Stewart jewelry is ethically sourced and crafted from solid 10Kt gold, 14Kt gold, and sterling silver (925), and precious and semi-precious stones. All product descriptions include material, cut, and size details.

    Pricing

    All prices on www.lorenstewart.com are listed in US dollars.

    Shipping & Handling

    Any shipping & handling costs and sales or use tax will be added by Loren Stewart as necessary. Loren Stewart reserves the right to restrict delivery to US and international addresses.

    Sales & Promotions

    Promotions and sales are valid only during their promotional period, and cannot be applied to previous purchases.

    Price Changes

    Loren Stewart reserve the right to change product pricing and specifications without prior notice or obligation to the customer. Product pricing and specifications are subject to change due to the fluctuating pricing of 10Kt gold, 14Kt gold, sterling silver, and precious and semi-precious stones. Customers will be promptly notified of price discrepancies whenever possible. In the event that a product is listed with an incorrect price, Loren Stewart reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of prior processing. Loren Stewart will promptly refund any processed payment that has been made for an incorrect price.
